At Orra Adenium House, we ensure that every plant is packed with utmost care so it reaches you safely and in healthy condition.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • No dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

 

🌿 Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (Pan India)

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999

  • ₹99–₹199 shipping charge on orders below ₹999 (may vary by location)

  • COD charges (if applicable): ₹50–₹100 extra

 

🌱 Packaging of Plants

  • Plants are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage.

  • Soil may be semi-dry during shipping to avoid leakage (especially for adeniums & succulents).

  • Some leaves/flowers may fall during transit — this is natural and does not affect plant health. 

 

📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/email.

  • You can track your order anytime using that link.
